How to Apply for a Warranty Claim
If your product is facing any manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
Step 1: Record a Video
The customer must record a clear video of the defective product showing:
The issue properly
The product condition
The wiring condition
The original box (if available)
Step 2: Send Video on WhatsApp
Send the video to our official WhatsApp number:

Our technical team will review the video.
Step 3: Approval Process
After verification, our team will confirm whether the product is eligible for warranty claim.
⚠️ Do NOT courier the product without approval.
Step 4: Send the Product
After approval, the customer must courier the product to:

The product must be sent with:
•Original box
•Original bill/invoice
•Proper packaging to avoid transit damage
Important Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before applying for warranty:
•No physical damage accepted
•No water damage accepted
•Original bill and box are mandatory
•No claim without prior video approval
•Improper installation is not covered
•No warranty if product wires are cut
•No tampered or opened product accepted
•No burn marks due to short circuit covered
•No claim if product is modified
•No claim for external damage due to accident
Courier & Processing Policy
All courier charges must be paid by the customer.
Stylin Car Decors does not cover courier expenses.
Warranty claim processing time is 7–10 working days after receiving the product.
If approved, repaired or replacement product will be dispatched after verification.
When Warranty Will Be Rejected
Warranty will not be accepted in the following cases:
•Broken body or cracked lens
•Water inside the product
•Burnt PCB due to voltage issue
•Cut wires
•Wrong connection damage
•Installation without proper relay or fuse
•Missing invoice
•Missing original box
